Identity
Identity systems come in all forms and Mary-Margaret has delivered most, if not all types:
Brush lettering, lettermarks, abstract symbols and pictorial illustrative marks,
typographic solutions, standalone cards, stationary systems and corporate identity and brand standards manuals.

Icons may be literal or abstract and should be recognizeable as a family.

Mary-Margaret has provided literally hundreds of pieces of high-end clip art,
as well as producing fashion, technical and editorial illustrations. She is also an accomplished painter
with several successful solo and group exhibitions.

Not only does Mary-Margaret understand Information Architecture,
but she is an lay architect and spacial designer as well. She has drawn engineering
schematics, does hands-on construction/electrical/plumbing and has directed
construction/installation crews.

Mary-Margaret's design background began in traditional print layout
back in the dark ages before computers, when type was ordered and set, rules were drawn
by rapidograph and art was pasted up with wax! Her experience includes editorial layout, marker comps, advertising comps, brochures,
manuals, ephemera, packaging, press kits and more.

Whether in print or online, writing and training successfully means thorough understanding of the subject.
One must be a quick study with new systems. Mary-Margaret is able
to enable student comprehension by combining learning with clear visual communications.
